In the spring when the wind is in the new leaves the echo of her voice may still be heard by the fall that bear her name.

Just when I think this tree cannot possibly look any more beautiful, She does.
I love April. Everything is blooming, the weather is warm but not stifling, the air is heavy with birdsong. Beautiful spring with its green mossy carpets. Spring makes me want to reread the Hobbit and Anne of Green Gables and the Secret Garden… and set off on a journey unknown.
I love differently in the spring. I’m looking for every possible excuse to be outside.
In Spring I’m drawn to deeper shades of pink and bright lemony yellows.
I throw my windows open at every opportunity.
I take the schoolbooks outside as often as possible.
I’m on the lookout of wildflowers, because where I live a new wildflower will appear every week from now until about mid June.
